I’ve been dying to start using this adorable stamp set. Yuletide Village is such a sweet set. There are no coordinating dies; but, you don’t need them. They’re easy to fussy cut if you need to. Your Stampin’ Blends will come in handy coloring the little village and a little Clear Wink of Stella makes the snowy accents sparkle. This Balcony Fun Fold take a card and turns it into a holiday decoration! Check out the video and learn how to make one for your favorite humans!!
Isn’t this card so pretty! I think that stamping Falling Snow Cling Stamp with Versamark and embossing it with White Embossing Powder really made the snowflakes pop! You can also just Stamp in White Craft Ink or tone on tone in Pool Party. I love the embossed look though…it gives it texture as well. I used my Stampin’ Blends to color in the village and stamped my sentiments in Pool Party. The sentiments come from the Peaceful Season Bundle and the Greetings of the Season Bundle…the dies in these bundles can be used all year long which is a total win! To finish off the card, I used the pretty Cherry Cobbler & Gold ribbon and some iridescent sequins.
As I mentioned in my video, I had hoped to use snowflakes from the White Loose Snowflakes. They didn’t work well as embellishments. They are made to be used in shaker cards…so that’s what I’ll be using them for!! I pulled off the snowflakes and replaced them with Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Now for some more samples!
I love trees so I had to have the Frosted Forest Bundle. In this card, I used stamps and decorated masks to create the trees. I used Mossy Meadow, Old Olive and Craft White Ink. I also stamped and punched out the truck from Trucking Along and added a little tree in the back. The DSP is the gorgeous Seasons of Elegance and Gold Mercury Vellum Specialty Paper. I trimmed I with the Cherry Cobbler & Gold ribbon as well. I love the gold glam in this card!
I love love love this card. You can’t go wrong with the Winterly Tree Tops Suite and it works perfectly with the Country Birdhouse. I used Coastal Cabana and Crumb Cake for the base. I also use the same Peaceful Season Bundle and the Greetings of the Season Bundles.
And finally, as promised, here’s that last sample. I removed all the snowflake embellishments and replaced them with Rhinestone Basic Jewels, which are perfect!
Which one is your fave?
