Here’s a card with a fun fold and a great layout that utilizes all those little DSP scaps you just haven’t parted with. Learn how to use the scraps to create an attractive card front and then learn a really cool inside fun fold that is so very versatile! I love the Iconic Imagery stamps and dies and the coordinating Iconic Celebrations 6×6 Designer Series Paper. It’s not just for holidays.
Let’s talk about this card front first. I had a lot of paper scraps laying around from my pack of Iconic Celebrations 6×6 Designer Series Paper so I wanted to offer you a front layout that utilized those wonderful scraps. You can use this layout for any DSP! And, by changing up the dies you can create any tags and embellishments you wish. It’s just so versatile. As you can see on the 3rd photo, I just changed up the dies I used to create the tags and added some green thread.

I used Boho Blue for the card base, along with Pecan Pie and Basic White. I stamped some snowflakes for the front and die cut them. There’s some Pecan Pie striped ribbon in place of the paper strip on the front. On the inside, I added DSP to the two middle panels and stamped the two end panels.
Here’s a sweet little holiday card using the same products. The base is Cherry Cobbler, layered with Moody Mauve and Basic White. I also added some Cherry Cobbler and Gold Ribbon. The Adhesive Backed Metallic Gems work really well for these cards! For the inside of the card, I created my own DSP by Stamping on the Basic White panels. I also grabbed a sentiment stamp from the Peaceful Seasons stamps for the panel on the right. I really love this card.
I created this card as a potential birthday/anniversary/wedding/valentine card…it could be any of them! The base is Cherry Cobbler and the layers are Moody Mauve and Basic White. I used the same metallic embellishments and added silver ribbon. It’s so pretty!
